Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned after delivery in accordance with our returns policy.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
To be eligible for a return:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receives the final item in your order.

Once your request has been submitted, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods, or proof that they have been returned (whichever comes first), we will process your refund within 14 days. Where required by applicable law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery. Any additional charges for premium delivery services are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items that have been customised or made specifically to your requirements.

Hygiene-sensitive products supplied in sealed packaging where the seal has been removed after delivery, making them unsuitable for resale (such as mouthguards and groin guards).
