What equipment do I need to start BJJ?
To start Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, essential equipment includes a BJJ gi. Preferably in White, Blue, or Black, conforming to gym regulations. Additionally, a mouth guard for dental protection and for hygiene, and comfortable athletic attire to wear underneath the gi. As training intensifies, investing in a quality rash guard is advisable.
